On Friday 28th January, MPs will debate the BSL Bill proposed by Rosie Cooper MP.
Organisations from across the sector are united in calling for a BSL Act to achieve legal status for British Language as the primary language of the Deaf community in the United Kingdom.
As part of the campaign, there will be a BSL Bill Rally that will be held in parliament square on Friday 28th January 2022 between 11:30am – 2:30pm.
We want the Deaf and signing community and their hearing allies to come to Parliament Square Garden and show your support for the Bill!
Come along in warm clothes and brightly coloured gloves. Bring a hot drink, your friends and family and your BSL Act NOW banners!
