India Morse, a Deaf online fitness instructor and owner of ‘You Lean Me Up’ has released a new series of accessible workout videos with fitness star Joe Wicks. The series launched on The Body Coach’s official YouTube channel yesterday.
The videos cover all fitness levels from beginner to intermediate and advanced workouts, they are fully signed by India as well as subtitled to provide accessibility for the viewer.
India initially made it into the final 30 shortlists for The Body Coach’s personal trainer competition but was unsuccessful.
In an earlier Instagram post India said “I’ve been constantly attempting to break down barriers my whole life and it did leave me feeling rather disheartened that I didn’t make it to the final, I’ll be honest. Although, even though this door may have closed, another door has opened…
But it absolutely isn’t the end and I’m left feeling honoured as Joe asked me if I want to create a series of accessible workouts with him for his YouTube channel.”

Joe Wicks, who has over 2.7 million YouTube subscribers on ‘The Body Coach TV’ went viral last year with his ‘P.E with Joe’ series aimed at keeping kids active whilst schools were closed during the pandemic.
Wicks released a series of tweets saying he was “So happy to be launching a brand new workout series” and commended India on Instagram by saying “India is an incredible trainer with the most amazing energy, so whether you are deaf or hearing go check them out”.
