This week we are celebrating National Customer Service Week. During this time, it is important to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.
Excellent customer service is at the heart of Signature, and we strive to create an unmatched experience for all our centres and learners. We take the time to get to know our centres on a personal level, and we are proud of the special relationships we have built over the years.
Based on the results from our 2019 customer satisfaction questionnaire, 99% of centres said they are happy with the standard of our customer support. This was really great to see.
We continue to adapt and grow as a business, and we are certain that our levels of customer service will remain excellent.
