Following Saturday’s announcement from the Government regarding Covid-19, the Signature office will continue to remain open and fully operational during this time.
From Thursday 5th November, the office will be open from 9:30am ‐ 4pm Monday to Friday.
Staff will be working reduced hours, from home and the office, on a rota basis where we will continue to be flexible and offer support and guidance where we can.
You can still contact us using the regular office number, email or through social media. We would appreciate your patience when responding to queries as it may take us slightly longer than normal.
We will continue to support centres, learners and assessors throughout this second nationwide lockdown.
We would like to echo our message from earlier this year, remember that you are not alone. Stay safe and thank you for your support during these challenging times.
Signature will be closely following any Government advice in regards to our full re-opening.
