Firstly, welcome back to all of our centres. We hope you enjoyed your Christmas break.
At Signature, we firmly believe in giving centres the opportunity to share their thoughts and let us know how we’ve done over the past 12 months. Therefore, on Wednesday 8th January, we will be launching the 2020 Signature centre questionnaire. We appreciate honest and constructive feedback, so we would be grateful if you could spare some time to complete this.
Many of the changes we made in 2019 were for the benefit of our centres. As with previous questionnaires, we promise to review your feedback personally, and make positive changes where we can.
In last year’s survey, you told us that your favourite thing about working with Signature is your communication with our staff. We hope that you feel the same this year.
